does anyone know a site where i can search or a good training program that works??!!?!? my dog is not behaving anymore and i need to have a professional help thanks

Another vote for the APDT. You really don’t want some person who just hangs up a sign that says, “Hey! I’m a dog trainer!” to train your dog. You do want a professional who actively seeks to use kind, clear, and positive methods. It’s been proven many times over that bullying and intimidation does not work to teach a dog – hire a clicker trainer and learn how to work with your dog. Your dog will thank you.

**** edit : I think that observing a class at Petco or Petsmart will help. Go without your dog and practice as though you were working with your dog – I know, weird – but doing this can get you started at home.
