What is the best pill to take for fast weight loss with my running?   I take vita pak mega men’s sport, but which is better?

What is comparable to Mega Sport Mens vita pak? I’m looking for something stronger, to give the best results. I do a lot of push-ups, sit ups, and running before my workouts.

No! It is dangerous to go the pill “popping” route to lose weight!   It puts extra stress upon your body and can lead to injuries or worse.  Pills don’t’ work anyway. Possibly only in the short term, but a price is paid.  And it can be unpleasant.   If someone had discovered a pill that gave permanent and healthy weight loss then they would have a Nobel Prize … look around, there isn’t one for very good reasons!

The best and only way to lose weight permanently is to recognize the bad habits that make you fat and learn new habits. When you change your permanent behavior, weight loss will be yours with no need to pop pills anymore! You have the self-discipline to work, I’m sure you can successfully apply this to destructive habits, breaking them and forming good ones.  Good luck!
