Hill Run-Off
Father’s Day Benefit Mile:
Benefits Boulder Community Hospital's Prostate Cancer Care & Assistance Fund

Race Information: Sunday June 15th, 6 pm. Boulder, CO

6:00pm-Start the kid’s 800 event- kids ages 8 and under
All other waves will run sequentially and award ceremony will follow the completion of the last wave
Wave #1 - Family and Friends Mile: non-competitive walkers and runners of all ages
Wave #2 - Beauty and the Beast Mile: Women ages 40 and over- men ages 50 and over
Wave #3 - Male Master’s Mile: competitive men ages 40-49
Wave #4 - Open Women’s Mile: competitive women ages 39 and under
Wave #5 - Open Men’s Mile: competitive men ages 39 and under

Participants ages 14 and under may run in Waves #1, #4, or #5 to be eligible for age group awards
Participants ages 60 and over may run in Waves #1 or #2 to be eligible for age group awards

Course:
The Hill Run-Off course runs from the Hill business district- starts at Penn & 13th- runs south to College and left on College to the pedestrian underpass, under the underpass ( a ramp will cover the south stairs) to the CU campus, around the CU Quad and back to finish near the Sink on 13th.

This is an Xtreme Green Event.
All race goodies and event products are completely compostable and earth friendly!
