Flashing Light

Why does my BMW head light kept on flashing automatically everytime i turn my car on?
I got a 116i BMW 1 series my head flash light kept on flashing on and off every now and then. I unsure what it mean.
Winking at other cars to see if they’re available.
Ahaahhaaa………Lol
