Spring Running

The weather is warming up AND drying out. It is perfect for running. Not too hot, easy cool down, and uplifting to see Mother Nature waking up.
And I am sore from my warm up! I’m off to a smoking start, huh?!
I found these gravity exercises from Lucas at YogaBody. They really work out the kinks. I love them! Nice and gentle, but really effective. They are great for a good cool down too.
