Flexible!

Now that’s flexibility!!

Flexibility is important as a runner.  It’s good to crosstrain with some yoga so the “runner muscles” don’t became predominate.  A stiff spine and lower back will cause problems on down the line.  Remember the goal is to have a healthy body, and other muscles need attention too!
